buy a home in Madison

Hi, I’m Joe, I still have the van! I live in and call home Madison, Wisconsin. I have fallen in love with this big little city just 140 northwest of my first hometown, Chicago.

I’ve had more jobs than I can remember at this point. I have been in radio and interviewed Tom Brady, Kurt Warner and former Michigan Governor John Engler among others. I have worked at Wrigley Field for 20 plus seasons ranging in jobs from accounting manager to beer vendor. In between I have worked in risk management, customer service, banking, sales, foodservice, and now real estate.

I enjoy all the great things that Madison has to offer, especially bicycling, hiking, camping and kayaking.  You will often find me biking the Monona Lake Loop, hiking in one of the many local and state parks in the area , or popping kayaks into on of the lakes to go explore. After all those activities my girlfriend and I enjoy getting out enjoying all the great food and drink Madison has to offer.

As you’ll see from the posts in this blog I have adapted some of the habits of minimalism, I enjoy cooking, turning my minivan into a camper, turning my little yard into a garden, brewing beer and any other interesting project I may stumble upon.

This town truly does has something for everyone and I am proud to call Madison home, and be a realtor in the area.

Please feel free to reach out to me anytime with any questions you may have.  I am always happy to help.

Even if you just want to go for a bike ride and grab a beer, reach out.
